Don't let the looks fool you, this bass is amazing. String through neck through keeps the action low, without buzzing. It also creates long-lasting deep sustain. From metal and punk to blues and country this bass does the job. If you're a slapper this may not be your bass. I love this bass! It plays great, right out the box. The sustain is incredible. Neck is perfect! I am. novice bassist, but this thing makes me feel like Stanley Clarke! Thanks Orion Valencia, for the super customer service! My only complaint is I wish they came in other colors.
