I first tried a set of these from the Seymour Duncan Custom shop in 6 string version and was Amazed. The clarity and punch are fantastic. String separation on large voiced chords is excellent. Now I have these in 6 , 7 , and 8 string versions. Picked up another 7 string pickup as a gift for my other Guitar player. He's gonna have a hard time putting his guitar down once he installs… read more it. I guarantee. If your guitar lacks clarity and punch, this is the ultimate fix. PS: The neck pickup is also amazing. It is Fat and smooth, but has a touch of pick attack almost like its got some bridge pickup characteristics. Just a fantastic set. Seymour Duncan nailed it. Now we can have em in 7 and 8 at stock prices. Bravo.
