Not for acoustic guitars with medium gauage strings

I tried it on two different acoustics. The A string buzzed on both, even with the tension adjusted to maximum. Might be ok with light gauge strings or on an electric. Stick with the Kyser or another brand. I did like the way it clamped and handled. The D Addario folks might improve it with a slightly heavier/longer spring.
