Why make things harder for yourself, sometimes you just need a '59er. After searching around I finally came back to my first choice, save yourself some time and get one now. I have one in the neck position in both my guitars, clear when clean or with dirt and balances well both with a Bill Lawrence L-500L and a Gibson 500T.
