Roll the very best of Fender basses, and the very best of the MusicMan basses all in to one, and you've got yourself a G&L CLF L-2500 bass.

In a nutshell : My G&L L2500 5 string bass,is the best of Fender and MusicMan basses all rolled into one. This an outstanding instrument, and it is active/passive.

The bass is a little heavy, but it is nicely balanced with the blond-wood base. It does NOT suffer from annoying "neck dive".
